Frequently asked questions

What is Fourthwall Pro?

Fourthwall Pro is an optional paid plan with expanded features for users who need more flexibility. It adds higher product limits, priority support, 0% digital product fees, and eventually larger storage.

Fourthwall Pro is built for teams that want to scale without limits by offering a powerhouse of tools and perks to expand your catalog, collaborate with more team members, and maximize digital product revenue. This is best for users looking to launch unique bespoke products, manage large teams, or dive into digital sales.

Who should upgrade to Pro?

Pro is especially useful if you:

  • Sell over $100 per month in digital products (they’ll now have a 0% platform fee on these)
  • Regularly order product samples with credits
  • Work with larger teams
  • Need higher product limits

Do I have to upgrade to Pro?

No. Fourthwall Free remains fully usable, and upgrading is optional.

What are the Pro limits?

  • 500 product maximum
  • Unlimited team members
  • Up to 100 GB of digital product storage

What happens to my existing site and products if I upgrade or don’t upgrade?

Nothing is removed. Your site, existing products, and team members remain intact. Limits only apply when adding new ones.

How does the monthly sample credit work?

Pro users receive $10 in sample credit per month, added automatically. Credits accumulate and do not expire while you’re on Pro. You can find more information in the Understanding Sample Credits help article.

Does Pro apply to all my shops?

No. Fourthwall Pro applies to one shop. You choose which shop to upgrade.

Does Pro remove all fees?

Pro removes the platform fee on digital products only. Payment processing fees still apply. Memberships continue to have the standard platform fee of 5%.

What products are counted towards the product limit?

All active products, whether live or hidden, count towards your maximum product listing. Archived products are not included in this count.

Does Pro include a free domain?

Yes. Pro includes a free domain, which you can claim from your dashboard.

How do I cancel Pro?

Go to Settings > Plan, and cancel your subscription under "Your plan."
