Manage and brand your shop’s support email for all customer inquiries
Keep your supporters’ questions about sizing, orders, product quality, and other support issues organized with a dedicated support email. Fourthwall automatically creates a support email for your shop and manages all incoming messages so you can focus on running your business.
Your shop's support email
Your shop has a unique support email shown on your Contact page (just add /page/contact to your shop URL). Support emails are routed directly to our Fourthwall Support team and do not go to you. We handle inquiries about:
- Sizing and product questions
- Order status
- Quality concerns
- General customer support
Supporters can see your support contact email by clicking the Contact link on your shop.
Custom domain support email
If you want a fully branded support email without the Fourthwall domain, you can add a custom domain. Once connected, Fourthwall automatically issues a branded support subdomain.

Note:
- Remember to update your customer support email address in Settings > General > Creator details. Fourthwall will forward emails we’re unable to answer for you (e.g., a sponsorship offer or a question about a product you’re shipping).
